Reiki is the Universal life energy that flows through all living forms. In the West, Reiki is practiced very much like the oriental version of the healing.The intention with this energy technique, as all other techniques, is that if you can harmonize your energy system, you are putting your body in the best possible position to heal itself on all levels - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. During a session, I will place my hands gently on, or above your body with varying hand positions. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self improvement that everyone can use.
