Service Description
The roots of CranioSacral Therapy (CST) lies in the Cranial Osteopathy brought forth by the Osteopath, Mr William Sutherland in early 19th century. Our system has innate intelligence and healing ability, which due to injury, stress, birth trauma, PTSD or certain influences and experiences in our lives, could be compromised or restricted, as CranioSacral Therapists, we use light touch and holding technoques to work with this intelligence present within each of us and help support your body to find balance, restore and heal. My aproach to and your experience of the session will vary with each individual. It is your system that determines the pace and exact nature of the work. The session can address issues in whatever way the client wishes, whether it is for physical, emotional, mental or behavioural. ​ For more information please click the short video. A typical session is 1 hr £60 Only cheque or cash, regrettably no credit or debit cards are accepted. ​I am registered and insured by the CSTA and as such am subject to strict codes of conduct, standards and continuing professional development. Craniosacral Therapy is not intended as primary healthcare but to work alongside the relationship you have with your doctor.
